Who We Are
Asean One Company Limited, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, specializes in introducing and hiring talented professionals from ASEAN countries for global businesses in Japan. With a proven track record of placing over 4000 skilled professionals across Japanese companies in the past 5 years, we support candidates from selection to visa processing, and even post-arrival assistance in Japan.
In 2025, we expanded our footprint to India by establishing Asean Assam Academy (A.A.A.), a Japanese Language and Skill Training Center in Guwahati, Assam. This is our gateway to harness and nurture the immense potential of Indian youth, especially from the Northeast.

Recognizing this, Asean One signed a landmark MoU with the Government of Assam during the Advantage Assam Summit 2025, to train and place skilled youth from Assam in Japanese industries.

CM-FLIGHT Initiative
We are proud partners in the Chief Minister’s Foreign Language Initiative for Global Human Talent (CM-FLIGHT), announced by Hon. CM Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma. In partnership with the Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM), Asean Assam Academy (A.A.A.) will train and create direct job pathways for the youth of Assam in Japan.

Step 2: Entrance Exam & Interview
Conducted in-person at ASDM, Guwahati

Step 3: Admission, Loan & Government Grants
Selected candidates will be supported by both the State Government and A.A.A. with guidance on financing options.
Course Highlights
- ・10-month full-time, in-person training 8.30am to 4.30 pm (Sat, Sun Holidays Off)

● Eligibility Criteria
▶︎ For IT & Technology Roles:
- ・ B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc. IT / BCA / BCS
- ・ OR any graduate with 2+ years formal IT training
- ・ OR any graduate with 1+ years’ experience in IT
▶︎ For Healthcare Roles:
- ・ B.Sc. Nursing, ANM, GNM
- ・ Diploma in Psychiatry or Mental Health Nursing
- ・ OR 2+ years formal education in Nursing or Caregiving
▶︎ Construction:
- ・ 12th pass / Age group from 18-30
- ・ Driving-
- ・ Age group 23-30 yrs. With permanent driving license for 3 years
▶︎ Food & Processing/ Factory Work:
- ・ 12th pass / Age group from 18-30
▶︎ Hotel Management :-
- ・ Bachelor Hotel Management
- ・ Certificate and Diploma courses in Hotel Management
- ・ OR 2+ yrs experience in the relevant field
